Keyword Research Services - Worth It Or Not?

If you aren’t a guru then you may (like me) find keyword research difficult. I can find keywords all day long. The problem is though that most are next to useless, or at least seem to be.

I always believed that Google’s keyword tool gave highly accurate results. After all, they should be giving out accurate info. Well, it turns out the figures aren’t always right.

The results you see are not always correct, far from it. It would have been correct at some point though. I accidentally discovered the answer to that puzzle.

I was going for a keyword that had roughly five thousand competing pages. I was pretty confident I could get a result from that. I put out probably thousands of articles.

Not long after I saw that there were now almost nine thousand competing sites. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I started to think thinks weren’t going to be easy as I thought. Turned out though that an awful lot of the extra competing pages had my articles on them!

If I had saw 9000 competing sites I would have passed this keyword by. Turns out I was competing mostly against myself as my article was the cause of these sites ranking. A good result all round in my opinion.

I got lucky on that keyword but I suspected I may not get lucky again so I made the decision to try out a keyword research service. I was looking to get some decent keywords delivered on a daily basis. Balancing cost against time taken (by me) seemed to prove it could be a valuable asset.

I chose to give Travis Sago’s Instacash keyword research service a go. Travis being numero uno in the bum marketing world. And I like bum marketing, I like it a lot.

If I can get a keyword or two in my in box each day then that saves me valuable time. At least a two hour saving. An hour or two of my time is highly valuable to me when all I have is time. If I contrast a couple hours of my time against the cost each day it has to be value.

All the big marketers bang on about outsourcing. I see this as nothing more than that. I’m giving my keyword research to someone else to do. That’s outsourcing.

If you’re interested in how the trial of the Instacash service went then head on over to my web site. Earlier I mentioned that I ended up with thousands of articles on websites for a certain keyword. I’ll show you how I did that at my site.
