Alot of the top internet marketers will admit they owe alot of there success to Google Adwords. It is a great tool to use that can place your website on the first page of Google even if you just set up your website yesterday. It does not matter how competitive the keyword you are targeting is proper use of Google AdWords will definitely make you earn a lot of money.

 

When refering to proper use of Google Adwords what do we mean?.

 

1.      Investigate Your Customers.

 

You need to know who your target audience is before you think about spending money on Google Adwords. If you do your keyword research by simply picking keywords that have alot of traffic thinking that is what will make you alot of money you will probably fail.

 

2.     Establish Your Goals.

 

You must have long term and short term goals when making an investment with Google Adwords. This way you will know whether you are making money from it or not.

 

  • How many sales do you require every day?.
  • What conversion rates are you targeting?.
  • What do you want your customers to do?.

 

3.     Produce Quality Ads.

 

Advertisements are the backbone of Google AdWords. When writing your ads make sure they will connect with your buyers. Been able to speak to them as a similar person allows them to relate to what your saying alot easier. You must also make sure that the advertisement is offering a solution to a problem that they are going through.

 

4.     Build a unique Landing Page.

 

If you have a good landing page your conversion rate will be better you will also get a lower cost per click. Keep things clear so customers dont get lost not knowing where to go. To do this make sure that your landing page explains in detail what the advert showed in brief. When somebody clicks on your advert they are interested in what you said so a detailed message of the same should convert them into a buyer.

 

5.     Monitor Your Performance Regularly.

 

Each Adwords Campaign must be treated as unique. What worked with dog training services may not work with golf videos. With every new campaign you must constantly keep analysing it and make sure you correct things as required.
